How much does it cost?

Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Create your account without a card, then top up your balance when you are ready to send.
What is an alphanumeric sender ID?
It is a short brand name, such as your business name, that appears as the sender instead of a phone number. In Australia these must be registered before you use them. realay has a guided registration form in the dashboard.
Can people reply to my messages?
Yes, when you send from a dedicated number. Replies arrive in your inbox, and keyword rules can auto-reply, forward the message to email or a mobile, add the sender to a contact group, opt them out, or post the reply to your own system.
How do opt-outs work?
Keep opt-out lists in realay and opted-out numbers are filtered out when you send from the dashboard. Add a STOP keyword rule so replies opt people out automatically, or share an opt-out landing page link in your messages. See SMS compliance.
Which countries can I send to?
Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom are listed on the pricing page, and other destinations are available on request. The coverage page shows the sending rules for every country.
Can I connect realay to my own software?
